By accessing or using Aonxi's outcome-based workflow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

Aonxi provides an AI-powered platform that builds outcome-based workflows for go-to-market teams. Our service includes persona targeting, automated outreach, and meeting booking capabilities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy and legality of data you provide to the platform

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any anti-spam or data protection laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)

5. Payment and Billing

Aonxi operates on a performance-based pricing model. You agree to pay for booked meetings as per your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aonxi, Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data. By using our service, you grant Aonxi a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aonxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aonxi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence ("We Don't Quit Until You Win™"), we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
